She is an avid trekker and has hiked in America, South America, Spain, Ireland and Nepal where her most recent trip was to Everest Base Camp with an international group of women who raised funds for the first mobile breast screening unit in the UAE. In 2004 she travelled to Egypt with a local charity Gulf for Good and trekked and biked along the Nile and helped raise funds for an orphanage in Luxor.More recently she made her debut in marathon running by participating in the 2004 NYC Marathon and hopes to return in 2005.
Her hobbies include travelling,photography and outdoor adventure activities. She has a passion for life and believes in the following mantra "Plunge boldly into the thick of life, and seize it where you will, it is always interesting," Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe.
